After loads of hungry nights in Ningbo where I couldn’t sleep and didn’t have food I have finally made it; the boeuf bourguignon from Julia Child’s cookbook!
I watched Julie & Julia on one my sleep-deprived nights and I just craved that boeuf bourguignon she makes in the film, so today I laboured away for several hours and now its pretty much done! I just need to wait until tomorrow to eat it before I go to Bristol but I am sooooo proud of myself :D
